Trust and Leadership Certificate Program

The Trust & Leadership Certificate Program is designed to provide leaders in financial institutions with a deep and actionable understanding of trust and its underlying mechanisms. Participants will learn about the science of trust and will apply various frameworks and models to real-life challenges. To obtain the Certificate of Completion, students are expected to attend and participate in all 5 sessions, which includes participation in a team-led capstone presentation. The capstone provides an opportunity for students to workshop their own trust and leadership challenge for feedback from the facilitators and their colleagues.
